I have heard that it is usually the last one (back of block or #5) that is the prob area. We honed a few thou in the bearing to get it to spec/our liking. The pin has to be tight, but it sounds as though it is way too tight. If there is any slop when you assemble it, your cam timing could suffer, but as long as you properly torque the cam bolt the pin won't break.
