I have glass bedded 10-12 rem synthetic stocks and never have had a problem with the bedding sticking even with 300 weatherby and ultra mags with no muzzle brakes. The factory synthetic stocks are poor quality but bedded properly they will shoot very well.

WebJan 24, 2013 · Once you have one in hand, bed it. If it has an aluminum bedding block you have 2 choices. Put it in and shoot it. If it is a shooter leave it alone. If it still has wandering shots, bed it. I recommend to most customers that proceedure on a budget. I also recommend to bed ANY stock regardless of bedding block or not.
