WebI have managed to import the vanilla animations into 3ds max with the havok standalone filter manager and converted the Hkx files to HKX (32 bit) and XML files. I then used the havok2FBX tool (included in Shadeanimator's fallout 4 animation kit) to get them into max. Everything works at this point. I don't know how to export the animation tho.
