WebI put a new K&N 204 oil filter on, and tightened it to 10 ft lbs. I lubricated the o-ring prior to installation. I filled the engine with about 3.5 quarts of 10W/40 and started it up. It ran for a few seconds. I gave a quick blip on the throttle and at least a quart of oil sprayed out from where the filter meets the engine.
