WebIt was developed by a group of Blood Reef: Tarawa fans, mostly from the northeast (Tom Lavan, Paul Sidhu, Jim Torkelson, Oliver Giancola, and Carl Nogueira), who wanted to make the game more accessible and enjoyable to other ASL players.
